For us, the basis of sound scientific work are the methods of empirical social research. Through our collaboration with universities and colleges, we are always up to date regarding empirical research, as our regular publications show. As far as possible, we combine quantitative and qualitative methods – in order to provide you with the most holistic results possible with concrete suggestions for optimization.
Important for us are also the tools that we developed ourselves, such as our heatmap-tool. It enables us to generate a compact visualization of positive and negative aspects (e.g. for concepts or packaging) while being fast and inexpensive at the same time. This means providing deeper insights and concrete suggestions for optimization to you.
