In the image study “Market Research Service Providers 2024: Insider Tips Smaller Agencies” by marktforschung.de, we were able to secure two places among the winners (top 5) this year!

The study aims to identify and honor the providers that are perceived particularly positively in the market. The rankings are based on the assessments of company market researchers, who play an important role as customers and clients.

advise is one of the five top-rated companies in the categories “Methodological Competence” and “Innovation & Creativity” and has received two awards for this. We are delighted to receive such great feedback!

The Image study even showed that we were also in the top 5 in the categories “Value for money” and “Transparency”! Only the number of ratings was not enough for a signet. And there were two image dimensions in which we only just missed out on the top 5: “advisory competence” and ‘service orientation’.

In addition, this study provides us and other full-service institutes with valuable insights from the perspective of potential clients. This includes insights into the awareness and image of advise, satisfaction with the collaboration and much more.

The image dimension “methodological expertise” makes it clear to us that our broad portfolio of quantitative and qualitative methods, our know-how, our experienced project managers and our research in over 40 countries - for over 10 years - are valuable characteristics that stand out positively in the market environment.

Our ranking in the top 5 in “Innovation and Creativity” also shows that we are on the right track with our corporate goal of conducting flexible research using innovative methods. By implementing AI in our research at an early stage  and our internal innovation team, which is constantly experimenting and is already working on new projects (#staytuned), we naturally want to maintain this.

The study was conducted from the beginning of August 2023 to mid-May 2024 using an online survey . Almost 200 people were surveyed who are involved in the selection and commissioning of full-service institutes or who can at least evaluate various providers on the basis of a good overview of the market. 38 market research companies were included in the main survey.
